2008

2008 started off with a scary note with only PKY and me of to a foreign school in a foreign land and i remembered how quiet i was in school and how i longed for PAE to be over so i could join the others in MJC (perhaps). haha. what a fool i was. no longer wanted, so i assumed i would be better of in VJC. and it all turned out fine.

being a slow-to-warm-up-with-people person, i was freaking quiet the whole time through PAE. very not my usual self because i don't know anyone in class. poor me. JAE came and people left and joined 08s54.
i remembered teoxinrui being absent from the first few days of school after PAE due to some kinda eye infection (?) and left poor chongshuhan alone. haha. then i had to SACRIFICE to accompany her because, 08s54 had simply too few girls. and we became quite close after that? haha. i think. (correct me if i am wrong)
and leeyusin, sherlynho and tanlixuan became close friends. (:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:
leaving me with chongshuhan and teoxinrui. like i have a choice. hahahaha. KIDDING. they are wonderful people.

then we became quite close with a few guys, like timothytanekteck, chngchinboon and limjingwei. they are a bunch of nice people too! crappy and funny and all.

next was the dreadful PW, where i was grouped with the ever dearest cedriclee (whose name has not appeared in my blog for so damn long, i think he is kind of sad.) HAHAHAH. and with limjingwei too, who is like SO ANNOYING and SO IRRITATING but he never failed to spice up our PW meetings, causing us to lose focus and drifted FAR FAR from our topic. also with jiangwei who was kinda quiet but contributed a million to make our PW a success. (:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:
we better get our 'A's for PW next year!

ohya, not to forget FLOORBALL, which we all LOVE so much. haha. the trips to the 'A div' matches - soccer girls, volleyball girls, and of course, our ever so exciting floorball matches. (although every match that we went, they lost) and i remembered some people crying although they were not in the team. haha!

and the so enjoyable team b outings and trainings that a few of us organised to allow bonding to occur. and it did. covalent, ionic, blah blah blah. we became ONE. (or not?)
and out of the floorball girls, i had dearest phualiukun, jannghuixian, lynetteleesihui, tunny and many many more whom i couldn't remember their full names. haha! love each and every single one of them to bits because they brought so much joy to my boring 2008 and make it ever so fulfilling.

and came midyears and of course, the taiwan people and all our buddies.
a significant part of my life. life was so special and so happening then and now. we made great friends - from VJC, and from taiwan. we had late nights out that we all wanted it to stop so that we could have a break but time was always flying far ahead of us that we had problems catching up. and in no time, they were gone, back to where they belong.
we missed them so much and so we went. had an enjoyable time in taiwan. marvellous 18 days that we spent in the cold cold country. and we had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun.... with leeyusin, whom i became very close with because of taiwan. haha! she had many retarded comments about me which she can't seem to keep to herself and i did/said those stupid stuff so she could LOOK smart. and the ever loving and sweet ongwanqin (CHAI!) who was with me through thick and thin. i love you to the max my dear. she was one of the FEW that saw me cry the most in my life. haha! be honoured. my tears don't roll down that easily. (:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:
and tanyirong, who is so lame, and so innovative to invent a nice nickname like CHAI. good job.

and in taiwan, i met many wonderful friends like maojia, molly, each and every one of the dazhi people, and of course, who else! haha. my buddy!!!! (:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:
thank you for all the tremendous memories. i would always keep it and treasure it at the bottom of my heart.
also, we have the singaporeans from the five JCs that went to dazhi as well. the twins (christinehor and jocelynhor) who are so cute together, as well as ohpengho who had been an excellent classmate and all. not to forget leonard and mingxuan. haha! they ate so many different types of chou dou fu in one day, it is so gross now i come to recall. lol.
can't wait for our first ever DAZHI outing on monday! (:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(: hope attendance would be good.

and of course, bothering me in 2008 would be matters of the heart which i wouldn't be elaborating because it just ain't worth mentioning. but i am good so far. (:
and i had contacts, a floorball stick, two earholes on each ear, new clothes and a sunglass from taiwan... in 2008.
i also had comments that my skirt is too short but it is just the norm for VJ. haha.
and i also had gatherings with gohhuihui, onghongxi and the other old friends during the holidays which made life more interesting that it was.

i am fearing the 'A's and fearing the 'O's for my sis in 2009.
